Alkaline Lentil Salad

Simply outstanding and incredibly quick to prepare. A great dish to improvise and improve on with fresh and healthy ingredients which may be sitting and waiting in the fridge 😉

Alkaline Lentil Salad


  • Two cups celery, minced
  • One tablespoon raw sesame tahini
  • Five cups lentil sprouts
  • Three tablespoons Bragg’s Aminos
  • One red pepper, chopped
  • Two green onions with tops, minced
  • 2 tbs fresh chopped chives
  • One cup raw almond butter
  • Four tablespoons olive oil
  • One cup alkaline water


  • Two teaspoons kelp
  • And anything else that might be laying around such as kelp (two teaspoons), chick peas etc


Well its as simple as soaking the lentils overnight and rinsing them through.

For the dressing you will need to blend the almond butter, olive oil, and alkaline water until smooth.

Then split the lentil sprouts in a food processor or chop finely by hand and place in a large salad bowl.

Now you can add all other ingredients, and finishing with pouring the almond butter mixture on the top.

Make sure to stir the mixture well and chill for several hours before serving. Hey presto you have made the worlds best alkaline lentil salad!

Try being more creative and add more fresh alkaline veggies.. Enjoy 😉
